Responding to these problems, IBBC Group has introduced the service of verifying current or future staff. The scope of verification is strictly tailored to the needs of Clients and includes:

- verification of professional qualifications,
- verification of previous employment,
- professional and personal references,
- identification of criminal past,
- media reports,
- verification of diplomas and licences,
- membership in organizations and associations.
Our main duty is to ensure an appropriate and reliable source of references and information. Only after obtaining access to such source, we ask for references.
Employee abuse often carry along not only financial costs, but also compromise good name of the company, its image and secrets. We offer services of counteracting employee abuse by appropriate immediate actions and creating relevant preventive systems. At Clients' special request we also run polygraphic tests (using polygraph) and drug tests.
